In our final phase, we focus on integrating these new neuro-patterns into your daily life. We provide you a personalized hypnosis program so you can maintain your progress independently, ensuring your goals are met and maintained long-term. Listen to your personalized program for a minimum of 28 days, daily to reach your desired outcome.
