Meet Debora
I discovered my healing gift early in life while growing up in Brazil, where I learned the importance of spiritual connection and holistic health. With a background in counseling and years of global travel, I integrate cultural diversity and a deep intuition approach to healing.
I use Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Breathwork to help clients navigate challenges in a safe space. My intuitive connection with spiritual guides allows me to identify emotional, physical, or spiritual areas needing support. I believe healing is a personal journey, and my mission is to facilitate, inspire and empower individuals to achieve balance and authenticity in their lives by helping them identify obstacles to their healing potential, as I believe all individuals are capable of self-healing. Healing will take place when the client is ready to embrace it all.
Through gentle, intuitive guidance, I create a space where energy flows freely, unlocking each person’s potential to heal and thrive. Together, we’ll foster a life of well-being, alignment, purpose, and light. By partnering with my clients, we can discover what would allow them to be the best version of themselves.
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and various certifications in Hypnosis, Reiki, Breathwork, and Traumatic Stress Studies, offering services both remotely and in SW Portland, OR.
Why Internal Blue Skies?
Internal Blue Skies is inspired by Pema Chodron's quote:
“ You are the sky – Everything else is just the weather.”
It teaches that emotions like fear and joy are temporary, like passing weather. By embracing discomfort, we can grow and find inner peace, making it easier to address feelings as they arise. My journey has equipped me with tools to navigate these storms, and I’m here to help you discover your own Internal Blue Skies by focusing on your personal growth, self-healing, and self-understanding.
